Both Starling and Sweet Mammalian are currently open for submissions:

Starling, for their 10th issue, is open to submissions of poetry and prose from New Zealand writers under the age of 25. Submissions close April 20.

Sweet Mammalian is looking for political poetry from writers of any age. Submissions close May 31.
